Exchange 2010 Server对组织内无法发信问题

Dear Sir，

我组织内的一个Site下，有2台Exchange 2010 Server（安装邮箱、客户端访问和集线器传输角色），同时创建并加入DAG。

2台Exchange 2010之前一直收发信正常。不久前因反复备份失败，曾依照https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187005(v=sql.105).aspx，修改过注册表，修改后发现所有用户outlook无法连接Exchange，随机将注册表复原，注册表复原后发现第1台Exchange2010失去与AD的联系，又将此台Exchange做了重新加入域的操作。

目前发现第2台Exchange出现无法向组织内其他Site用户发信问题，但对组织外和Site内用户收发信正常，第1台Exchange正常。查看第2台Exchange队列，有以下错误信息：

xxx "到远程 Active Directory 站点的 SMTP 中继" 重试 28 "2016年9月7日 16:01:07" "451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: ""421 4.2.1 Unable to connect."" Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed. Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts."

检查此台Exchange：

1.未退出域，且网络通讯正常，telnet组织其它site exchange 25 port正常；

2.与DC时间同步正常；

3.DAG成员角色正常，DB装入正常；

4.证书未过期；

望请教：

1.可否将第2台Exchange退出并重新加入域来尝试解决上述问题？

2.Exchange 2010 Server如果意外退出域再重新加入，对Exchange 2010整个系统有什么影响？

3.按https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187005(v=sql.105).aspx，修改注册表为什么会影响outlook连线？还有什么其他影响？

4.如果我新建2台Exchange Server，能否直接加入原来的DAG，再把用户邮箱移到新的Server，然后将出问题的Exchange Server从域里卸载？
